the simple steps and learn what you will do, and what Cabela's will do in each step.
Delivery Schedule
From the first contact to receiving the Engraved merchandise generally takes
about 3-4 weeks. To view production times for released orders see the "Embroidery
Customized Shipping Chart".
Payment Terms
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Company checks, and
Purchase Orders (if approved). If you are not Purchased Order approved we can
fax or email over an application to you.
Engraving Process
Engraving is etched logos or designs that may be applied to most hard goods
merchandise.

In this step, you will:

Send us your Camera ready artwork
by e-mail, mail, or fax to:

Digital Art Requirements:
Artwork can be emailed to: Embroidery@cabelas.com . Our artwork department
supports
any one of the following formats: BMP, TIF, JPEG, DOC, GIF or Adobe
Photoshop or Illustrator.
If you would prefer to have just lettering for your logo, you may
choose from one of our lettering shown below or you may supply us
artwork in the font style you have chosen to have you logo in.

Discuss your artwork with a Cabela’s Corporate Sales representative.
If needed, they are available to answer your questions and confirm
receipt of your artwork.

Cabela's in this step will:

Quote your artwork.
Engraving Set up and Application fees:
Orders less than six per style, application fees doubled.
Set up Fee: $45
Application Fee: $5 per location

A Cabela’s Corporate representative will fax, e-mail or mail
your Quote Acceptance Form for your approval.

2. Review the engraving price quote. |

In this step, you will:

Review the engraving price quote.

May we suggest you order an actual sample of the item being imprinted.
We want you to be satisfied the imprinting process before production
is started.

Sign the quote acceptance form with method of payment.
-
E-mail, mail, or fax back your quote acceptance form, for Cabela's
to create your logo.

Cabela's in this step will:

Upon request have your sample engraved design applied to one of
the item you will be ordering.

3. Review your sample logo |

Review your sample logo.

E-mail, fax or mail your customer approval form along with your
merchandise order for production.
