Simply fill out the return form on the Packing List included with your order. Use the return shipping label provided and send the package UPS ground or US Postal Service parcel post. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Send Returns and Exchanges to: Cabela's Customer Returns If the package was damaged in shipment, is a perishable item, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Corporate Outfitter at 1-800-243-6626 or contact us by e-mail before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the maufacturer for replacement or repair. If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. Personalized or Enhanced items cannot be returned or exchanged due to changes made to the original product. Exceptions made for manufacturing defects present before embellishment services. |
